My name is Marcus Larose and I am the Owner/Brokers of Sandhills Rentals, LLC.  Sandhills Rentals is a full service real estate property management company specializing in both long term and short term property management, vacation rentals and rentals during the 2014 US Open.   My wife and partner Cathy Larose and I started the company in November 2005.  Since that time we have become one of the top companies in both sales and rentals Moore County. 

In 2009, we saw the increasing need for rentals in Moore County and started a property management division focusing on long term rentals.  Since that time Sandhills Rentals has become one of the top management companies in Moore County, managing over 180 properties and placing tenants in many more.  The natural evolution to the of the long term property management division was short term rentals and golf packaging. 

My background in the golf business started when I moved to Moore County in 1995.  I was an assistant PGA Golf Professional at Seven Lakes CC and Pinewild CC.  I left the club business at the end of 1999 to start an events company specializing in golf trips and tournaments in Pinehurst and around the country.  My client list included Exxon Mobil, MBM Food Distributors, Highland Industries, Subway, Honeywell, Waste Management and hundreds of individual golf groups.  During the 2005 US Open in Pinehurst, I organized and managed a successful corporate hospitality program.
